SplitCoast Stampers Color Challenge Guest Designer

Hiya Stampers!

I hope you all have been doing well. We’ve been doing all the fun things when you move….unpacking and setting up house, lol 😉 I haven’t finished my craft room yet but was prompted to hurry up and make a card for the color challenge over at SplitCoast Stampers. I was asked to be a guest designer for the month of July, so of course I couldn’t let a little thing like disorganization get in the way!!!!

Here’s the color combo they gave us to work with:

Here’s my card sample:

I kept it pretty simple and made a focal image with a white on white panel. Here’s a close up:

I love all the diecuts along with the lovely flowers in this stamp set, I thought it paired nicely with the embossing folder. Here’s another view:

SCS is doing a fun challenge this month, “Christmas in July”. So, I used a fun stamp set to easily pull it off. The color combo is bright and happy, which we really needed in my family right now. My nephew was in a horrible car wreck last week. Praise God he survived, but it was life and death for a day or so. He has a miracle testimony, that’s for sure. I just got off the phone with him, what a truly awesome thing!!!!

Anyhoo, I was so honored to be apart of the first card for this month’s design team!!!! Very EXCITNG!!!!!

Please keep my nephew Aaron in yours prayers, he will have a long road ahead of him and he’s scheduled for another surgery tomorrow morning. Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a blessed night. ❤
