Two Splitcoast Stampers Challenges

This is my very first SplitCoast Stampers challenge card. After I was tipped off that this actually can go into two challeges over at SCS! I haven’t even posted on there in forever, lol. It’s a really fun color combo! Go check it out and play along with CC695!!!!!

National Simplicity Day is held in honor of him, as he believed in living simply. The task for this challenge is then to find a way to use the clean and simple style on your project. Go check it out and play along!

 

Here’s my card I submitted using the Jar of Love stamp set which I haven’t used in awhile.  I kept the rest of the card pretty simple by just adding some sequins I had in my stash.

Here’s a view of the sparkle from the Shimmer Pen, I hope you can see it. I curled the flowers with my bone folder and added lots of dimensionals! I also used he Waterfront stamp set for the shading under the jar.

Stamp Club Projects!

Hiya stampers!

Today I have a fun share! I went to my upline’s house today and we did some really beautiful stamp club projects!

We made three cards and a sour cream container filled with M&M’s. I’m a rebel and I did change up a few things to make them my own…….but she’s very talented and I’m glad to have her as a stampin’ friend. Two Challenges

Hey Bleeps (blog peeps),

I combined two challenges this week for my card today. One is the color challenge over at Global Design Project

and the other is the sketch challenge over at Sunday Stamps.

Here’s what I came up with.

I embossed the roses in white embossing powder onto watercolor paper. Then water colored them in with Mint Macaron and Grapefruit Grove inks using my Aquapainter. I stamped the sentiment in the Fresh Fig ink. Not sure if you can tell, but I embossed the background Whisper White panel at the top with a retired embossing folder called Woodgrain. The die cuts behind the roses are from the matching Thinlits from the Petal Palette stamp set.

I love the Tea Room Suite from the new annual catalog! I love anything tea really, but the colors in this suite are gorgeous together!
